This course covers principles of communication, influence, and negotiation that can be used in any application or environment, including work, business, and personal. Videos are used to demonstrate behavioral skills, and students will make videos of themselves performing those skills and upload them to the campus for review by their instructor. Videos can be made with smart phones or cameras.
